Dear Dr. Moran, Mr. Weisenfluh and Associates:

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how lucky I am. Of course, I'm very lucky to be in good health, to have a loving family, and to love the kind of work I do. I appreciated all the good that is in my life. That is why I am writing you. I want to thank you, Dr. Moran, Mr. Weisenfluh and your associates, for the great care you gave to me before, during, and after my laser surgery treatment.

From my first appointment, you and your staff made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I expressed my concern about the bags under my eyes. I was globing makeup under my eyes on puffs that couldn't possibly be covered with makeup. You assured me that laser treatment could alleviate that problem. I felt so relieved that this could be accomplished so easily.

I followed your regimen of Retin-A and skin bleaching cream for a few weeks prior to the procedure. I came to your office after work and had the hour-long procedure done. It was very simple and I felt very little discomfort afterward. Actually, I went home and had dinner and watched television the rest of the evening.

The next few days, every couple of hours, as you directed, I took care of the treated area with vinegar and water solution and then an application of Aquaphor. I was scheduled to see you three days after the procedure. Before my scheduled appointment, I had some questions and concerns. I phoned your office, and your staff helped ease my mind and reassure me that the healing process was normal.

It was pretty easy, every day when I awoke; I would look in the mirror and observed the healing changes. I was amazed at the results; I couldn't believe my eyes, no more bags. Wow! I'm so lucky! Tremendously lucky!

Dear Dr. Moran,

Words can not express how happy I am with the results of the Actique laser procedure you did on my face. Not only did you remove my scar, but also my skin is lifted and all of my wrinkles are gone.
